Terms of Service

By accessing or using Dual Scope Digital at https://dualscopedigital.lokonova.ai (“Service”), operated by Lokonova AI (PTY) Ltd (“Lokonova”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Dual Scope Digital is a social media marketing platform for companies. It helps draft content, manage review workflows, and publish to connected LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts. Nothing is published without approval through your configured review process unless you explicitly configure otherwise.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace, including actions by invited team members according to their assigned roles.

You must only connect social accounts you are authorized to manage. You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Lokonova a limited licence to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service — including sending approved posts to connected platforms and generation providers for content creation.

You are solely responsible for published content and for complying with each social platform's terms, advertising rules, and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, unlawful, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass review controls or platform rate limits
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs
• Share account access outside your authorized team
• Use the Service in violation of third-party platform policies

Paid plans, credit packs, and Premium subscriptions are processed by Paddle. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.

Credits are consumed according to the pricing shown in the app. Premium waives text generation credits as described in billing settings; media generation may still consume credits. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the Paddle customer portal or as otherwise stated at purchase.

Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law and Paddle policies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Contact support@lokonova.ai for billing questions.

New workspaces may receive starter credits at our discretion. We may change or withdraw free tiers, features, or credit allocations with reasonable notice where practicable.

The Service integrates with third parties (social networks, content generation providers, payment processors). Their availability, terms, and API limits are outside our control. Outages or policy changes at those providers may affect publishing or features.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Generated drafts may be inaccurate or inappropriate; human review is required before publishing. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, reach, or engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lokonova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Lokonova in the twelve months before the claim, or ZAR 1,000 if you have not paid fees.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that should survive (including liability limits) remain in effect.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information and is incorporated into these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
