Dual Scope Digital is operated by Lokonova AI (PTY) Ltd (“Lokonova”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use https://dualscopedigital.lokonova.ai.

Account data: name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (via Supabase Auth).

Workspace data: brand context, product descriptions, content schedules, drafts, media uploads, review decisions, and team membership.

Social account data: OAuth tokens and profile or page identifiers for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram when you connect accounts. We do not store your social network passwords.

Billing data: subscription status, credit balances, and transaction references processed by Paddle. Payment card details are handled by Paddle, not stored on our servers.

Usage and logs: basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security, debugging, and service reliability.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Dual Scope Digital service
• Generate, review, and publish social content you approve
• Connect to third-party social and payment platforms at your direction
• Send transactional emails (auth, notifications, billing receipts via Paddle)
• Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against abuse

Draft text and images may be processed by third-party generation providers (such as OpenAI and Cloudflare Workers AI) using the brand and product context you provide. Content is only published to connected social accounts after your explicit approval in the review workflow.

We use trusted subprocessors to run the service, including:

• Supabase (database, authentication, file storage)
• Vercel (application hosting)
• OpenAI and/or Cloudflare (content generation)
• Paddle (payments and subscriptions)
• Resend (transactional email)
• LinkedIn and Meta (social publishing and engagement APIs)

Each processor handles data according to their own privacy policies and our instructions where applicable.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, workspace selection, OAuth state verification, and session security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser; disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in.

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated workspace data by contacting us. Some billing records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Depending on your location (including under POPIA in South Africa and GDPR where applicable), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@lokonova.ai to exercise these rights.

We apply industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, access controls, and workspace isolation. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your data may be processed in countries where our subprocessors operate (including the United States and European Union). We rely on appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
